One of the best things to come from America.
My recipe (based on BBC Good Food‘s)
- Mix 140g butter + 1 dl sugar with machine.
- Add two eggs.
- Add max. 2dl flour + 1tsp baking powder + two mashed bananas.
- Pour 80% in greased tin and put in a 180-degree oven.
- Scrape remaining 20% out of bowl and consume over an interesting magazine or book.
- Take 80% out of oven after 30min and enjoy with a glass of milk.

I bet step 5 wasn’t in the BBC’s Good Food Guide! If I skip step 5, will it still come out OK?
Not sure, dunno if it’s worth the risk!
What will you do with the remaining 20 percent, Michael?
